About Julia

Hello! I’m Julia Sprenger, a passionate science writer with a keen interest in health and wellness. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Anthropology from Skidmore College, where I developed a solid foundation in scientific research and communication. I continued my education at Columbia University in New York, acquiring a certificate in pre-medical studies. In June 2024, I completed my Master of Science in Reproductive Science and Medicine at Northwestern University, focusing on my personal interest in sexual health and reproduction.

Over the years, I have honed my skills in translating complex scientific concepts into engaging and accessible content and have built a portfolio of my best work.

I am driven by a desire to make scientific knowledge more accessible and to empower individuals with information so they can make educated decisions about their health and well-being.
